Time: Came to order at 7:35 PM by chairman, J Kershner.
R. Lyle offered prayer.
Location: “41 Room,” Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro.

Minutes: Of June 9, 2011 were approved as presented.
Matters of Business:
- Finances

- Endless Mountains Pregnancy Care Center (EMPCC)
This group is having an informational meeting in Sayre on July 15 [tomorrow] about an ultrasound machine, which is intended for use at the clinic planned in that town.
- Baby Bottle fund raisers
Crossroads church is expecting some more to be returned.
- Harrisburg Office
Handed out “Chapter Focus” newsletter for June.
- Literature tables at local fairs
“July 4th” festival held in Mansfield on Sunday, July 3. A. Yocum reports that it went well, with some literature handed out and $8.50 in donations. Next year’s fair will be held on Wed., July 4.
at Tioga County Fair (Wed. - Fri., August 10-12): have planned most of the volunteers needed for the times to be covered: 10 AM to 9/10 PM on each of the three days — a total of 33-36 hours.
“Thank you” to S. Cavagnaro for repairing our EMPfHL banner, which was damaged at the Coal Festival.
