Time: Came to order at 7:40PM by chairman, J Kershner.
R Lyle offered prayer.
Location: “’41 Room” of Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro.
Attendance: 5
Minutes: Of November 11, 2010 were approved as presented.
Matters of Business:
- Finances
Balance: $787.26
- Endless Mountains Pregnancy Care Center (EMPCC)
This group is soliciting area churches to raise funds for their group using the baby bottle effort.
- Baby Bottle fund raisers
Nothing new.
- Harrisburg Office
Handed out recent “Chapter Focus” newsletters for November.
- Literature tables at local fairs
Nothing new.
- Other
> Voter guides: M Strange provided church information for our distribution of these. Submit, preferably by next month, any corrections about our people who distribute voter guides, so that we can keep the database current for the next election cycle.
> March for Life (in Washington, DC) - Monday, January 24, 2011:
1) The Wellsboro & Mansfield RCC’s are actively trying to sponsor a bus for people from our county.
2) Approved the amount of $100 from our funds to help sponsor young people to go or to help with the overall expense of a bus.
> Meeting Room: S & S Hospital has reserved the “’41 Room” for our group’s use in 2011.
