of Endless Mountains Pennsylvanians for Human Life Meeting
(a local chapter of the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation)
April 9, 2009

Time: Came to order at 7:32PM by chairman, who offered prayer.
Location: Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital Conference Room, Wellsboro.
Attendance: 4
Minutes: Of March 12, 2009 were approved as presented.

Matters of Business:

1. Finances
   The treasurer reported a current balance of $1,961.81 (unchanged).
2. Endless Mountains Pregnancy Care Center (EMPCC)
   Nothing new.
3. Baby Bottle fund raisers
   Nothing new.
4. Harrisburg Office
   Handed out recent "Chapter Focus" newsletter.
5. Literature tables at local fairs
   
   • Ordered materials from Harrisburg office to replenish newsletters and fact sheets.
   • Plastic tote boxes are yet to be bought by the Kershners.

   The spring and summer fairs are the following dates:

   1. May 9 for New Covenant Yard Sale: have application; Matt & Joel will set up booth for shelter.
   2. May 20–23, for Blossburg Coal Festival: tentative shifts:
      Wed. & Fri.—Kershners; Thurs.—R.Lyle; Sat.—Cavagnaros & Stranges.
   3. August 12–14, for Tioga County Fair.
6. Other
   Holy Child RC Church will sponsor a talk on Tues., April 21 by the Executive Director of PPLF, Michael Ciccocioppo, on the topic of stem cell research. Some of our group plans to attend. This meeting was placed on our web site by Matt.

Next meeting: Thursday, May 14, 2009, at 7:30PM (in conference room).
