March 13, 2008
Time: Came to order at 7:35PM by R Lyle (Chairman was absent)
M Strange offered prayer.
Location: Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro.
Attendance: 6
Minutes: Of February, 14, 2008 were approved as corrected.
Matters of Business:
- Finances
Our treasurer reported a current balance of $2,309.27. A recent expenditure was $120.00 for a donation to "Life Dynamics" (see 2/14/08). Received a $20 contribution.
- Endless Mountains Pregnancy Care Center (EMPCC)
Nothing new.
- Baby Bottle fund raisers
Still going on at Crossroads Family Worship Center, Wellsboro.
There is some interest by a member of Covington Baptist to participate in this.
- Harrisburg Office
Handed out recent "Chapter Focus" newsletter.
- Literature tables at local fairs
(a) Sat., May 10: Yard Sale, New Covenant Academy , Mansfield- Kershners will cover.
(b) Wed. - Sat., May 21-24: Coal Festival in Blossburg - need to cover five shifts.
Items to order for spring/summer fairs: looked at a set of first trimester models - cost $60; asked for other ideas for at April meeting.

R Lyle brought to our attention the following: a sample baby bottle insert; article re: Gov. Spitzer (NY); article re: student who helped expose Planned Parenthood; fetal pain article; legal concerns re: pastors & electioons; presidential candidates' stances on abortion & other topics; etc.
Next meeting: Thursday, Apr 10, 2008, at 7:30PM (in conference room).
