of Endless Mountains Pennsylvanians for Human Life Meeting
(a local chapter of the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation)
April 10, 2008

Time: Came to order at 7:36PM by chairman, who offered prayer.
Location: Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Conference Room, Wellsboro.
Attendance: 6
Minutes: Of March 13, 2008 were approved as corrected.

Matters of Business:

1. Finances
   Our treasurer reported a current balance of $2,309.27 [unchanged].
2. Endless Mountains Pregnancy Care Center (EMPCC)
   Nothing new.
3. Baby Bottle fund raisers
   Still going on at Crossroads Family Worship Center, Wellsboro.
4. Harrisburg Office
   Handed out recent "Chapter Focus" newsletter.
5. Literature tables at local fairs
   Materials order - approved the following orders:
   (a) From Heritage House: many of the usual items (precious feet, bracelets, bumper stickers, bookmarks, pencils), plus a set of first trimester models [cost of $60].
   (b) From Life Dynamics: action card sets and a few booklets, with a total cost of $15.
   Future fairs:
   (a) Sat. May 10: Yard Sale, New Covenant Academy , Mansfield -
   M Strange will help set up, and the Kershners will man table.
   (b) Wed. - Sat., May 21-24: Coal Festival in Blossburg -
   Matt will acquire application online & help chairman set up on Wed.
   Each worker will need a $2 entry pin.
   Five shifts to cover: 6-10PM Wed., Thur.,  & Fri.: by R Lyle & Kershners;
   Sat. 10AM-3PM by Cavagnaros/C Lannak, & Sat. 3PM-9PM by Stranges.
6. Other
   None.

Next meeting: Thursday, May 8, 2008, at 7:30PM (in board room).
