Time: Came to order at 7:35PM by chairman, J Kershner.
J Kershner offered prayer.
Location: Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro.

Matters of Business:
- Finances
No report was available.
- Endless Mountains Pregnancy Care Center (EMPCC)
The special New Testaments (for pregnancy care centers' usage) were ordered, received, and delivered to the Canton office on October 3. The number of testaments, 95, will be divided between the Towanda and Canton offices [one copy was kept by our chapter for reference]. The Kershners also were given a tour of the facilities by the new director, Shellie Gerould.
Handed out brochures about this group's fall banquet on Sat., Oct. 27. Approved that EMPfHL sponsor a table at this banquet at the cost of $120 (if we can find 5 or more to attend), or at least a half-table for $60.
- Baby Bottle fund raisers
Nothing new.
- Harrisburg Office
Handed out "Chapter Focus" newsletter, and article about the Nov. 6 election's judicial races in Pennsylvania.
- Literature tables at local fairs
Nothing new.
- Other
Life Chains of Sunday, October 7: disappointing attendance at location in Mansfield (only 13); but great turnout at Wellsboro (over 80).
Read recent pro-life letter-to-the-editor in the Wellsboro Gazette by local physician, Dr Andy Sayre.
The bus for the March on Washington (in January 2008), sponsored by local Catholic churches, needs additional financial support. Will discuss more next month.
