  5. Advertising
M Strange fixed Wellsboro Gazette ad. K Kershner will submit ad on Blue Ridge Cable TV’s channel 13. R Lyle will do this for radio WLIH: discussed buying an ad, but decided to just do a briefer, free ad.
  6. Newsletter
Plan to put one out in the fall with reports on: 1. our attendance at festivals, and
    2. about the election with candidates’ information.
  7. Materials
Showed again the plastic models we acquired [see 4/13 minutes]. Decided would not be useful for festival use; suited more for at a CPC.
Decided not to acquire and use the DVD, “Ultrasound -- Eyewitness … ,” [see 4/13 minutes] at the festivals, since a laptop computer is not available. We may want to get this DVD for our library and use it in the future.

Next meeting: Thursday, June 8, 2006, at 7:30PM (in board room).
Adjournment: At 8:30PM.

Respectfully Submitted,
K Kershner, Secretary
