of Endless Mountains Pennsylvanians for Human Life Meeting
(a local chapter of the Pennsylvania Pro-Life Federation)
December 8, 2003

Time: Came to order at 7:42PM by Chairman Mario Branciforte.

Location: Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro
Number in Attendance: 5

Minutes: Of 11/10/03 were approved as presented.

Matters of Business:

  1. Revisited the issue of boycotting companies that contribute to Planned Parenthood [PP], and beginning to inform via the newsletter. Discussed how Suburu is the only auto maker consistent in its support. Note that Target stores have stopped their support of PP.
  2. The Chairman has completed the paperwork to make our chapter official, since we now have all officers in place.
  3. C Lannak checked at the Wellsboro public library and K Kershner checked at the Mansfield one about giving them pro-life books. The librarians would want to see any of these books before agreeing to put them into circulation. We will look into getting a sample book packet for distributing to these libraries.
  4. Received an update on the bus trip to Washington, DC, for the pro-life march sponsored by local Catholic churches: the cost will be $15 per person, and only a few seats remain open.
